Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools. Proactively ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability. Practice and enforce robust security protocols and procedures to protect company systems. Contribute to the design and development of information and operational support systems. Write and maintain custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention time for repetitive tasks. Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for escalated issues. Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless build deployments and consistent service availability. Liaise with vendors and IT personnel to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Plan and implement system upgrades to maintain and improve service levels. Execute disaster recovery (DR) tests as per the planned and agreed schedules. Monitor costs and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial efficiency.
