Job Description:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fintech projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including Product Management, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior leadership.
• Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and third-party vendors, to ensure they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members and promoting open communication, trust, and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Support project governance and compliance requirements, including project documentation, change management, and quality assurance.
