Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Product Manager – POS Acquiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing acquiring products and payment acceptance solutions, with a strong understanding of POS acquiring, merchant payments, and digital payment ecosystems.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end POS acquiring product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, banks, vendors, and technology teams for smooth product delivery.
- Handle POS terminal deployment, certifications, and operational activities.
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Define product requirements, BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Monitor acquiring transaction performance and merchant experience.
- Support merchant onboarding and acquiring business expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve acquiring products.
- Drive new initiatives related to SoftPOS, QR payments, Raast, Tap-to-Phone, and digital acquiring solutions.
- Ensure proper coordination during UAT, production rollout, and post-production support.
Skills & Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in digital payments, POS acquiring, or fintech products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of POS acquiring, card payments, QR payments, and merchant acquiring business.
- Experience working with payment switches, banks, and acquiring vendors.
- Experience with Raast, SoftPOS, MPOS, or Android POS solutions.
- Familiarity with Pakistan digital payments ecosystem and SBP regulations.
- Knowledge of EMV, PCI DSS, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction flows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
