Project Associate – Acquiring

Job Summary

Keenu is looking for a Project Associate – Acquiring to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end project execution by managing plans, timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and external vendors.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to track progress and risks, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely delivery, smooth UAT cycles, and clear reporting for management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness checklists.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Business, Risk, vendors, and other partners to gather inputs, align requirements, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Track progress, maintain action trackers, and follow up to ensure timely closure of tasks.
  • Record deviations, highlight early red flags (delays, dependency risks, unclear ownership, shifting requirements, slow responses, capacity issues, vendor bottlenecks), and raise them to the line manager and appropriate forums.
  • Escalate issues to senior stakeholders when required for decision-making or conflict resolution.
  • Prepare all project documentation including agendas, minutes, decision logs, risk and issue registers, change requests, and status reports.
  • Create dashboards, weekly updates, and structured presentations for management.
  • Support UAT cycles by coordinating test cases, tracking defects, consolidating feedback, and ensuring gap closure before go-live.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and actionable communication across all project stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum BS degree preferable in Computer Science.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methods, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent documentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with discipline and urgency.
  • Project management tool: MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
