Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Business Manager – Wallets to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing product lifecycles, merchant wallet solutions, and payment ecosystem partnerships, with a strong understanding of EMI regulations, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our merchant wallet products, ensuring they align with overall business goals and growth plans.
- Translate market insights, competitive analysis, and customer feedback into actionable product features and sustainable business models that delight merchants.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the company’s strategic direction and comply with SBP regulations and internal policies.
- Manage external partnerships with banks, 1LINK, vendors, merchants, and other ecosystem players to ensure smooth business operations and to identify new opportunities through collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle, proactively proposing new features and use cases to keep the merchant wallet offering innovative, competitive, and relevant.
- Write BRDs to kick-start product change cycles. Lead cross-functional team alignment to ensure the successful launch of new features and products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Risk teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of merchant wallet solutions.
- Track KPIs for products and generate insightful reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ideate, validate, and present creative business growth strategies for the merchant wallets, securing buy-in from leadership for new initiatives and refinements.
- Manage execution of approved ideas from concept to implementation. Coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, using data-driven insights to support recommendations and to enable informed decision-making.
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Minimum Bachelors degree.
- Strong understanding of EMI regulations.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle and testing processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to use AI as a thinking amplifier. Can ensure outputs are refined, contextualized, and personalized rather than generic.
