Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in market research, user insights, and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps.
This role requires creating product requirement documents, prototyping features, optimizing existing products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities through research, user data and competitive analysis and conduct market research, gather customer insights and identify trends to inform product roadmaps.
- Prepare detailed product requirement documents, feature prototyping, white paper document, feature user flow based on the defined roadmap by the product manager.
- Identify optimization opportunities within the existing product line to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and refine product requirements and works closely with stakeholders to address pain points and specific use cases, ensuring the development of comprehensive user experiences for all products.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, including other product managers, Sale team, UX/UI designers, operations, other business stakeholders, merchants, vendors and SBP to ensure effective communication, new features demonstrations, coordination, and integration of efforts.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment.
- Conduct impact analysis for new developments and prioritize them effectively.
- Work closely with the PMO team for the features and product timely delivery based on the prioritization set by Product Manager.
- Ensure thorough feature testing, covering all edge cases to provide optimal customer experience.
- Maintain detailed product manuals with an updated change log.
Skills & Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Computer Sciences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, gather feedback, and collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketers, and executives.
- Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
