Job Summary
Keenu is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple initiatives aligned with business objectives.
The role focuses on driving project execution, enforcing timelines, managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing clear, high-impact reporting to senior management to ensure successful and timely project outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Strictly enforce adherence to project deadlines, proactively anticipating and clearly flagging potential delays, while initiating corrective actions well ahead of impacted milestones to maintain timeline integrity.
- Drive consistent project momentum by continuously monitoring progress, swiftly identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, escalating proactively, and recommending corrective adjustments to ensure consistent forward movement.
- Provide concise, high-impact project updates and transparent reporting to senior management, clearly outlining milestones, risks, and actions required, thereby elevating visibility and executive confidence.
- Effectively oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including proactive handling, understanding, and strategic management of projects involving sensitive stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Facilitate regular meetings to communicate project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate efforts among departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Present project outcomes and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital payments, with exposure to B2B or e-commerce is preferred.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Working experience and knowledge of integrating payment gateways to online business websites, POS Acquiring, Scheme (Visa, MasterCard, UPI, PayPak) and ISO 8583.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (non-technical).
