Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Senior Officer – Settlement & Reconciliation to manage and oversee daily reconciliation and settlement activities across multiple digital payment channels.
The role involves handling RAAST, IBFT, wallet-based transactions, bill payments, and issuing scheme settlements with accuracy and timeliness.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily settlement and reconciliation activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage RAAST P2P & P2M reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Handle wallet-based transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely settlement.
- Execute IBFT In/Out settlement and reconciliation tasks.
- Reconcile bill payments, mobile top-ups, and transactions via 1-Link channels.
- Manage and report on daily EMI transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Perform issuing scheme reconciliation and settlements as per defined processes.
- Prepare reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Skills & Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in reconciliation and settlement.
- Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s.
- Strong command of Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Good understanding of digital payments and banking channels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
