Job Summary
Keenu is looking for an Assistant Manager – Compliance to support the development and implementation of compliance programs, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and manage day-to-day compliance activities, including regulatory coordination, monitoring, and risk reporting across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist developing compliance programs, policies, procedures, and tools in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
- To monitor and oversee the entity-wide implementation of compliance initiatives.
- To assist in developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs focused on compliance.
- To promptly report material incidents of non-compliance that could pose legal or regulatory risks.
- Liaise with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and act as a focal person for reporting matters, as required.
- To ensure regulatory enforcement actions are implemented accurately and within specified timeframes.
- To establish close working relationships with key executives to ensure the effective implementation of the compliance program.
- To ensure the periodic dissemination and acknowledgment of the documented code of ethics by all employees.
- To perform transaction monitoring for KEENU wallet customers to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
- To conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews assigned to the compliance department.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Have good command on preparing generating compliance reports for onward submission.
