Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Fraud Analyst to monitor transactions, identify suspicious activities, and help prevent potential fraud across its digital payment platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant payment environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions on Fraud Management Systems (e.g., FTDH) and other relevant platforms in a 24/7 shift as per the defined schedule.
- Detect and address fraud-related issues and identify high-risk transactions in real-time.
- Perform root cause analysis of fraudulent activities and recommend measures to mitigate risks.
- Resolve fraud complaints within the department’s prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure service complaints related to account blocking are addressed with proper root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Initiate interim reports for fraudulent activities or complaints and escalate to the Line Manager as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize fraud-related risks effectively.
- Suggest and implement preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of fraud.
- Enhance decision-making skills by independently handling potential fraudulent transactions.
- Take responsibility for improving processes to detect and prevent fraud effectively.
Skills & Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
