Job Summary
Keenu is looking for an Assistant Manager – HR to support learning and development, talent acquisition, strengthen employer branding initiatives, and contribute to organizational development efforts. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning programs, assist in end-to-end hiring processes, and support HR initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development needs across departments.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and policy awareness trainings aligned with organizational and SBP requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual training calendar and maintain records, reports, and training metrics.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring documentation.
- Review, prepare and update job descriptions across the company to ensure alignment with SBP requirements and business needs.
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and improve retention rates.
- Complete HR Audit requirements as assigned time to time.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to recruitment metrics and OD activities.
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design training programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with all levels of employees.
