Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to support the Risk Manager in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational industry experience who are looking to develop their career in risk management. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing risk frameworks, preparing reports, and ensuring effective risk awareness across business functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and assessing various types of risks (e.g., financial, strategic, compliance, and operational).
- Support the development and maintenance of risk registers and risk assessment tools.
- Monitor risk indicators and report on emerging risks and trends.
- Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure risk controls are implemented effectively.
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure alignment with risk management frameworks.
- Support risk reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, incidents, and mitigation plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related function.
- Basic understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the risk domain.
