Job Summary
Keenu is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, security, and performance across enterprise environments.
This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery, along with close collaboration with development and support teams to ensure seamless deployments, operational efficiency, and reliable service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
- Practice and enforce robust security protocols and procedures to protect company systems.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention time for repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to the design and development of information and operational support systems.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for escalated issues.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure seamless build deployments and consistent service availability.
- Execute disaster recovery (DR) tests as per the planned and agreed schedules.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.
