Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a KYC Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing review of Keenu Wallet customers.
The role involves conducting customer due diligence, assessing customer risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of KYC and AML processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow of onboarding Keenu Wallet customers in the BO portal.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) during the onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company internal policies,
- Conduct periodic reviews of verified Keenu Wallet customers.
- Evaluate the risk level associated with each customer based on factors such as their location, live images, sanctioned, PEP and more.
- Assist line manager in developing and updating KYC and AML policies and procedures to align with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Suggesting process improvements or tools that can enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data entry tasks.
- Stay informed about evolving regulations and trends in the financial industry to continually enhance the organization’s KYC processes and controls.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
