Job Summary
Keenu is looking for a Network Engineer to lead the organization’s technology initiatives, ensure system resilience and align IT infrastructure with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to maintain a secure, efficient, and future-ready IT environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT infrastructure and present solutions to senior management.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies, recommending innovative strategies as appropriate.
- Ensure overall system and infrastructure availability while building a resilient IT environment to minimize failures.
- Continuously evaluate infrastructure efficiency and implement measures to support organizational objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of IT staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the IT team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to meet organizational demands.
- Safeguard the organization’s IT systems and data by implementing robust security measures aligned with security policies.
- Monitor and address potential vulnerabilities to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective collaboration for hardware, software, and services.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for effective problem resolution.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting IT network management and designing.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Knowledge of virtualization and virtual networks.
- Cisco Certified (desirable).
