Signup your Keenu account by following these simple steps:
  • First enter your Mobile Number
  • Verify One Time Password (OTP)
  • Enter your Name
  • Enter your Email address
  • Create Passcode
  • Signup
No, only one Keenu account can be opened on a single CNIC/NICOP.

You can increase your transaction limits by upgrading your account through CNIC/NICOP verification and Biometric Verification.
Keenu wallet is an Electronic Money Institute regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan and requires customers’ information to verify them. This will assist Keenu in keeping your account safe and reducing the risk of financial fraud.
To perform biometric verification follow below steps:
  1. Visit a nearby Meezan Bank ATM along with your CNIC.
  2. On the ATM, select Biometric Service.
  3. Select Keenu.
  4. Click on Biometric verification.
  5. Enter your CNIC Number and Mobile Number registered with Keenu.
  6. Provide biometric impressions as asked by the ATM machine.

Your Keenu account will be dormant if no transaction is performed over the past 180 days ( 6 months).

Yes, you will receive a message and notification of all the transactions performed through your account. You can also view your entire transactions in the transaction history section in the App.
You can change your passcode by following the below steps:
  1. Go to menu
  2. Select settings
  3. Click on change passcode
  4. Set your new passcode
  5. And you are done!
You can view your Transaction History by clicking on the icon in the footer.
Yes, you can request money from the Move Money option.Your friend will be notified and can instantly share funds with you upon accepting your request.

  2. Select a Keenu user
  3. Enter amount
  4. Click on ‘Pay’ button
  5. You are done!
Don’t worry! During pending status, your identity and other information will be under review. Apart from this, please ensure that:
  • Your mobile camera is functioning.
  • Your selfie and CNIC picture is clear
  • You provide the original CNIC picture. (Black and white CNIC will not be accepted)
To report lost/stolen devices, you can call 021-111-1KEENU(53368) or email us at [email protected], so that we can disable access from your devices. After reissuing your SIM install Keenu app right away on your new device, and login with your registered mobile number and passcode. Since you have logged in using the new device, you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) to register your device.
